Report: California A "World Leader" In Cutting Emissions

A report released Monday calls California a "world leader" in cutting greenhouse gas emissions -- second in the world only to France. The report provides evidence that leaders can grow the economy and reduce the carbon footprint at the same time. KVCR's Matt Guilhem has more in this story from California News Service.
