Calif. Children Under Age 2 Must Now Ride In Rear-Facing Child Car Seat

California children under the age of 2 will now be required to ride in rear-facing child seats. As Capital Public Radio's Katie Orr reports, that was one of several bills signed into law yesterday [Monday] by Governor Jerry Brown.
