SoCal Nonprofit Offering Free Computer Coding "Boot Camp" For Lower-Income Applicants

A San Diego-based nonprofit is doing its part to try to keep tech jobs in the U.S. by training web developers -- for free.  A 12-week computer coding "boot camp" helping low-income people acquire tech skills starts this week.  KVCR's Matt Guilhem has more on the program and how locals can take part.
