Calif. High-Speed Rail Project Gets More Criticism For New Delays And Cost Hikes

Republican lawmakers and consumer groups have renewed calls to stop funding for California's high-speed rail network after a report showed the project is again over budget and behind schedule. More from KVCR's Ken Vincent.
