As San Bernardino Mayor Carey Davis and other city officials were sequestered in emergency meetings following the grizzly mass shootings at the Inland Regional Center, the city's former mayor, Patrick Morris, talked with KVCR's colleague public station KCRW last night about the possible emotional affects of the ordeal on the people involved and on residents of the city in general. Ken Vincent has retired.
