Every year before the 4th of July, many non-profit organizations in the Inland Empire set up local fireworks stands. The sale of fireworks can provide a substantial portion of non-profits' annual budgets. But now, one of the IE's biggest cities -- San Bernardino -- is considering banning fireworks for public safety reasons. If enacted, the ban could significantly cut into those non-profits' fundraising efforts. KVCR's Matt Guilhem reports.
