San Bernardino Firefighters Skeptical of Charter Review

A special citizens committee is combing through the San Bernardino City Charter, looking for potential changes to the charter that could help stabilize the city's finances.  The city's police unions are participating in the charter review, but rank-and-file firefighters are not cooperating.  KVCR's Matt Guilhem reports.
