Today we're taking a look at the PTA, originally called the National Congress of Mothers. This 125-year-old organization has been a part of every important conversation in schools and has been fighting for children for a long time. Lacey Kendall speaks with Becca Marks-Anderson, Executive Vice President of the PTA District 23, which covers all of Riverside County.
