Traditional Mexican Spirit Tries To Find Its Place On The Global Table

Producers of bacanora, an agave-distilled spirit from northern Mexico, are hoping to sell more of the product on the international market. But some worry popularizing the once-clandestine drink could mean sacrificing the traditions that set it apart. Kendal Blust (@ktblust) of KJZZ’s Fronteras Desk reports.
