KVCR Program Manager, Rick Dulock has been asking members of the San Bernardino Community College District Board of Trustees for their take on the pandemic. And since K-12 education has changed drastically with stay at home orders, Dulock asked about distance learning when he spoke to Dr. Stephanie Houston who is one of the SBCCD Trustees and an Assistant Superintendent with San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools.
