Get Ready, Get Set... Vote. Calif. Ballots Go Out Today For 2016 Election

Election Day isn't until next month - but in California, the election starts now. Voting by mail reached nearly 60 percent in June, and county registrars begin mailing out ballots today (Monday). Capital Public Radio's Ben Adler reports.
