U.S. Interior Secy In SoCal Wednesday For Major Announcement About Energy & Conservation Plan

The U.S. Secretary of the Interior will join other officials in the Coachella Valley on Wednesday to make a major announcement about a giant renewable energy and conservation plan spanning Southern California.  KVCR's Ken Vincent has more.
