Funds To Bring Clean, Green Businesses To California Run Dry

A program to lure clean energy and other green businesses to California will run out of money for the first time.  A state board voted yesterday (Tuesday) to stop accepting new applications.  Capital Public Radio's Ben Bradford reports.
