PolitiFact Check: Are Latinos Less Likely To Call Police For Help?

In her first official speech on the U.S. Senate floor, Senator Kamala Harris blasted President Trump's recent immigration actions.  The California Democrat said the orders instill fear in Latinos who she claimed are already 40 percent less likely to call 911 when they've been the victim of a crime.  Capital Public Radio's PolitiFact reporter Chris Nichols checked out the Senator's statistic.
