Trump's Homeland Security Secretary Gets Tough Questions On Immigration From California Officials

President Trump's Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly spent part of last week meeting with officials from states who share a border with Mexico.  As KVCR's Ken Vincent reports, Gen. Kelly got some tough questions regarding alleged ICE immigrant raids this past weekend.
