Wednesday is the deadline for legal challenges to the massive World Logistics Center's environmental report. Already, the Riverside County Board of Supervisors, the Riverside County Transportation Commission, and the South Coast Air Quality Management District have filed lawsuits against the City of Moreno Valley. Generally speaking, the suits say the city let the developer off the hook from having to help pay to accommodate increased traffic on area freeways. More lawsuits are looming, but a legal loophole may save the logistics project from court. KVCR's Matt Guilhem explains.
