Gov. Brown, Legislative Leaders Put Focus On California's Housing Affordability Crisis

California lawmakers are on summer recess right now - but a major piece of unfinished business awaits their return later this month.  While they're away, Governor Jerry Brown and Democratic legislative leaders are negotiating a package of bills to address the state's housing crisis.  Capital Public Radio's Ben Adler reports.
