A local high school student’s audio commentary was selected to be a part of a San Francisco public radio station KQED’sElection 2020 Youth Media Challenge screening October 21.
KQED's Let's Talk About Election 2020 Media Challenge invited students to submit commentaries about what matters most to them this election season. Out of hundreds of submissions from across the country, Asha Diekmann was selected to present her commentary on this year's devastating wildfire season during the special screening. KVCR’s Megan Jamerson interviewed Diekmann, a 14-year-old ninth grader at Redlands Grove School about her essay.
