CSU Faculty Association Authorizes Union To Call Strike If Salary Talks Stall

California Faculty Association members have voted to authorize a strike if salary negotiations with the California State University system fail. As Capital Public Radio's Ed Joyce reports, the two sides are separated by 3 percent.
