Election Day Has Come And Gone, But There Are Still Votes To Be Counted In The IE

Even though the votes in the 2016 election have been cast, they haven't all been counted yet.  There are still hundreds of thousands of votes yet to be processed by Riverside and San Bernardino counties, and some races won't be decided until the counting is done.  KVCR's Ken Vincent has details.
