Calif. Lawmaker Wants To Cap Campaign Contributions From Political Parties

A loophole in California law allows corporations, unions, and political parties to give unlimited amounts of money to state and local candidates, but limits the amount of contributions from individuals.  A state lawmaker wants to close the loophole.  KVCR's Ken Vincent has more.
