The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department is coming under fire for a lack of transparency surrounding taser policies. Several deaths linked to the electronic shock devices have occurred in recent years, and now the American Civil Liberties Union is initiating a lawsuit to force the Sheriff's Department to produce its policies and records.
