RivCo Supervisors Consider Forming Electricity Co-Operative

Riverside County Supervisors are exploring the possibility of allowing the formation of an electrical power co-op, which could save the county's residents and businesses millions of dollars per year in electricity savings. KVCR's Ken Vincent has more.
