San Diego Assemblyman Switches From GOP To Democratic Party

The California Assembly has a new Democratic member.  San Diego Assemblyman Brian Maienschein jumped from the Republican party to the other side of hte aisle yesterday (Thursday), enhancing the Democrats' supermajority.  Capital PUblic Radio's Sami Soto has more.
