California Lawmakers Explore Switching State To All Mail-In Elections

One of America's oldest traditions could soon be going away in California.  State lawmakers and election officials visited Colorado to check out that state's new voting system during Tuesday's elections.  Colorado sends mail-in ballots to every voter and sharply reduces the number of polling places.  Capital Public Radio's Ben Adler reports.
