Public Hearing In Banning Today On Proposed I-10 "Escape Route"

In Banning, a public hearing will be held at Banning High School starting at 5 this afternoon on the proposed construction of a long-awaited frontage road from Banning to Cabazon.  The road was conceived in part to provide motorists with an escape route in the event of a closure of the I-10.  More from KVCR's Ken Vincent.
