Following a Monday afternoon bomb threat that resulted in the evacuation and closure of San Bernardino Valley College Monday and Tuesday, college officials say the SBVC campus will reopen to students and staff Wednesday.
In messages on the college's social media accounts, Valley College officials say campus police has cleared the campus for reopening on Wednesday, and final exams will resume as scheduled. College officials also cleared employees to report to work Wednesday.
What was reported to be a bomb threat phoned in Monday prompted the evacuation of San Bernardino Valley College facilities that afternoon. The threat to the college was later deemed to be a hoax, but he campus remained closed to students and staff on Tuesday, as the investigation into the source of the threat continued.
Again, San Bernardino Valley College officials have cleared the campus to reopen to students and employees on Wednesday. College officials ask members of the Valley College community to check the college's websites and social media accounts for additional information.
