KVCR begins a multi-part conversation about child abuse and neglect in the Inland Empire with Erin Phillips, President and CEO of the San Bernardino-based non-profit Children's Fund. In today's segment, Phillips talks about the unique collaboration Children's Fund has with San Bernardino County and other local non-profits to respond to child abuse... a model that Riverside County does not yet have.
