The California Public Utilities Commission has once again delayed making a decision on whether to approve construction of a new natural gas pipeline that would run through San Bernardino residential communities. KVCR's Ken Vincent has more.
Ken Vincent has retired. We appreciate the way he shared his expertise with many of our young interns and reporters over the nearly eight years he spent as KVCR's lead journalist and Morning Edition host.
