Is The EPA Lax On Monitoring The Safety Of Fracking In Calif.?

A new report claims federal law allows companies to conceal key information about chemicals used in fracking.  It goes on to assert the Environmental Protection Agency doesn't always require health testing and only sometimes makes findings public.  KVCR's Matt Guilhem has more on the findings from the nonprofit Partnership for Policy Integrity.
