Calif. Lawmaker Wants To Reform Court Bail System

Bail is supposed to ensure that defendants show up for their court hearings, but one lawmaker says the current system is unfair. Capital Public Radio's Sally Schilling reports Democratic State Senator Robert Hertzberg wants to make bail a measure of last resort.
