Riverside County Moves Forward With Plans For Countywide Electricity Co-Operative

Riverside County will move forward from the idea stage to the planning stage of a possible county-wide electricity co-operative that could save county ratepayers millions of dollars per year on power costs. KVCR's Ken Vincent has more.
