California Lawmakers Look Into Water Bond Spending

In the last election, California voters approved spending billions of dollars on water management projects.  Now, some lawmakers in Sacramento are worried about where the money will go.  State legislators are holding water bond oversight hearings this week.  Capital Public Radio's Katie Orr reports.
