7/3/19 - Authors: Vanessa McGrady, Ian Doescher and Michael Arntfield

Ian Doescher

This edition of KVC-Arts begins with Emmanuel Rogers in conversation with Vanessa McGrady, telling her story quite frankly with Rock Needs River: A Memoir About a Very Open Adoption. Then we get a mash-up of pop culture and classic literature, as David Fleming speaks with Ian Doescher, author of the recent Much Ado About Mean Girls, and Get Thee Back to the Future. Some of Doescher’s past works include William Shakespeare’s Star Wars series. Then Emmanuel Rogers finds out more about serial killers that terrorized Nashville for decades, in conversation with Michael Arntfield, author of Monster City: Murder, Music and Mayhem in Nashville’s Dark Age.
