CA Wants To Reduce Greehouse Gases From Rice Farms

Did you know that California farms that grow rice -- a major agricultural export crop -- produce greenhouse gases?  State air quality authorities are thinking about enticing farmers to help cut greenhouse gases by allowing them to participate in the state's "Cap and Trade" program.  Capital Public Radio's Amy Quinton reports.
