The Rocky Fire in Colusa, Lake, and Napa Counties has been extraordinarily unpredictable for firefighters, at one point burning 20-thousand acres in five hours.  As Capital Public Radio's Amy Quinton reports, scientists say that kind of fire behavior is becoming much more common.
