California's supreme court chief justice and immigrants rights groups criticized ICE after the federal agency arrested an undocumetned man inside a local Sacramento court room last week. But immigration law experts say there's no real limit on the federal agency's authority to take such action. Capital Public Radio's Chris Nichols has this report.
