Investigators say Enrique Marquez, Jr. was a friend of the San Bernardino shooters, and that he has admitted to buying weapons that were used in that assault on the holiday party at the Inland Regional Center. Now federal authorities have charged Marquez with conspiring to commit crimes of terrorism. NPR's 'Morning Edition' aired this report this morning from KVCR's Matt Guilhem.
