In Sacramento, Emotional Debate Over Mandatory Vaccinations For Schoolkids

Hundreds of people crowded inside and outside of California's Capitol building Wednesday to speak up about whether or not parents' personal beliefs could justify refusal to vaccinate their children.  As Capital Public Radio Health Care Reporter Pauline Bartolone reports, a Senate committee voted to eliminate the 'personal belief' exemption.
