U. S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions yesterday said the Justice Department might not grant federal crime-fighting funds to four so-called 'sanctuary cities' - including San Bernardino - if they don't help federal officials' efforts to detain and deport illegal immigrants. There's one problem with Sessions' threat: San Bernardino is not a sanctuary city, and isn't eligible for the federal crime-fighting funds. KVCR's Ken Vincent explains.
