The California Senate held two hearings yesterday (Thursday) as part of special legislative sessions ordered by Governor Jerry Brown. The sessions will deal with infrastructure and health financing. But some lawmakers wonder what they will accomplish. Capital Public Radio's Katie Orr reports.
