Calif. Health Insurance Exchange May Cap High-Priced Drugs

Covered California is considering putting caps on the prices consumers pay for high-cost drugs. And as Capital Public Radio's Health Care Reporter Pauline Bartolone tells us, the Covered California Board of Directors is expected to vote on it Thursday.
