Legislators Want Gov. Brown To Spend More On Poverty Programs

Shortly after Governor Jerry Brown released his annual California budget proposal, it came under fire from various corners of the State Legislature... including some of Brown's fellow Democrats.  Legislative leaders particularly take issue with the Governor's spending priorities in regard to poverty programs.  We've got details in a feature report from Capital Public Radio's Katie Orr.
