San Diego Mayor Urges Passage Of Ballot Measure To Build New Stadium For Chargers

blog.sandiego.org

After agreeing on several unresolved details, the mayor of San Diego, the city's business community, and the NFL are trying to sell voters on a ballot measure that would raise money for a nearly $2 billion stadium for the San Diego Chargers.  KVCR's Ken Vincent has more.

Ken Vincent has retired. We appreciate the way he shared his expertise with many of our young interns and reporters over the nearly eight years he spent as KVCR's lead journalist and Morning Edition host. We wish him a happy and relaxing retirement as he spends more time in his garden and, as he mentioned, more time on the golf course. Thanks Ken!
