The man who measures California's snowpack is retiring. For 30 years, Frank Gehrke has shown up on TV, educating the public about California's "frozen reservoir" - the snowpack that provides one third of the state's water supply. But even though Gehrke's called it quits, Capital Public Radio's Ezra David Romero reports he's not letting go of his skis and snowshoes so easily.
