Budget Season At Calif. State Capitol Starts Today With Gov. Brown's Revised Budget Proposal

In his latest budget proposal, Governor Jerry Brown will likely look to continue the state's signature climate-change-fighting program -- cap and trade -- past 2020, when it's set to expire.  But there's a growing body of lawmakers whop want to overhaul it, and that's created some strange bedfellow.  Capital Public Radio's Ben Bradford reports.
