CA. Attorney General Issues Recommendations To Colleges For Handling Sexual Assualt

By this July, California colleges must immediately disclose reported sexual assaults to law enforcement. Yesterday (Wednesday), California Attorney General Kamala Harris offered suggestions for how schools can comply with the law. Capital Public Radio's Katie Orr reports.
