GOPs Like Brown Budget; Dems Want More Spending

California Republican Legislative leaders were quick to praise Governor Jerry Brown's budget proposal for its priorities and prudence, while the Governor's fellow Democrats in Sacramento expressed disappointment with what Brown left out of the budget.  KVCR's Ken Vincent has this story from Capital Public Radio.
