Covered California Enrollment Up from Last Year

So far, the pace of enrollment in Covered California -- the state's health insurance exchange-- is progressing at a faster rate than last year.  But Covered California officials say there are still a lot of Californians who are eligible but who haven't enrolled.  Capitol Public Radio Network's Katie Orr reports.
