What Covered California Doesn't Cover

Covered California, the state's "Obamacare" health insurance exchange, is a pretty good deal for most people who qualify.  But it's not always a good deal for many people who need subsidized health insurance in rural areas.  In part 1 of a 3-part series, Capitol Public Radio Network's Pauline Bartolone profiles one family that hasnt been able to rely on Covered California to meet it's health care needs.
